GDPR (Data Protection)

The General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679 (GDPR) on the protection of personal data comes/came into force on 25 May 2018 and our preparations to comply with this are almost complete.

A major part of our efforts is to ensure that your personal data which you have provided to us continues to be handled with accountability and transparency whilst in the meantime, control is provided to you over how this data shall be used.

Our revised practices ensure that we comply with the GDPR, you can review our new Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy to see all the relevant information about what data we collect, how we use your data and how we keep it safe. The updated policies will come into effect for all existing users on 25 May 2018.

Over the years we have built a relationship with our customers which goes far beyond that usually associated with a customer and event company and we certainly wish to maintain and build this relationship for the future. To do so we must have your permission to continue to keep and use your data, always in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If we don’t receive your consent we may have to delete your current data and that means we would have to start again from your next visit we certainly don’t want that and I am certain you don’t either!
